Claire has a deep passion for movement and fitness. She studied ballet from the age of six and danced professionally with Oakland Ballet, Western Ballet, and several other local companies. She began her Pilates journey a decade ago while studying dance at UC Irvine. As a dancer, Claire was drawn to Pilates to stay fit, heal swiftly from injuries, and practice proper alignment. She credits Pilates with greatly improving her overall quality of life.

Claire received her Reformer Certification from the College of San Mateo. She believes that Pilates is for everyone and is excited to share her knowledge and experience with you! Outside of the studio, you can find Claire hiking the Bay Area trails with her little dog, Bagel.
