Jennifer is a 200-hour Certified Vinyasa Yoga Instructor and Personal Trainer with over a decade of experience in diverse disciplines—including running half marathons, cycling, yoga, Pilates, strength training, and kickboxing. After transitioning from a tech career, Jennifer realigned her focus toward fitness, where her passion and purpose truly intersect.
Jennifer’s classes emphasize building strength, resilience, and confidence while fostering care and self-love. By seamlessly integrating mindful movement with strength-building exercises, she creates an experience that leaves students feeling both empowered and deeply attuned to their bodies.
Yoga and strength training have been personally transformative for Jennifer, improving her posture, alleviating back pain caused by scoliosis, and aiding in her recovery from injuries.
