FAQ

To get the most out of your class, plan to arrive about 10-15 minutes prior to your class start time. Students are never allowed to enter once class has begun. If you are not signed in 5 minutes before your class, your spot may be released to someone on the waitlist. If you are late to a class, there is a late cancel fee that will be assessed, $15 and the loss of a class credit.  If you do not cancel class and have a reservation, this is considered a no show. No Show fees are $20 and the loss of that credit.

Socks or grippy socks are required in all of our classes. We recommend grippy socks in our reformer pilates classes for additional traction and comfort on our FLEXXFORMER machines. You can bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio. TRX, Knockout, Strength Training, HIIT, Low Impact and Bootcamp classes require tennis shoes. Water bottles are recommended as always for extra hydration.

We do have lockers for your belongings during class. Please keep all of your belongings in your locker during class.

If you need to cancel a class, you will not lose that session if cancelled 12 hours prior to class. Simply cancel class via our custom app (available on the app store), or login to your account online where you manage your bookings. Alternatively, you can email (frontdesk@flexxstudiosburlingame.com) or call the studio at (650) 525-4712.

Please be sure to cancel at least 12 hours prior to class, otherwise no credit or package uses will be returned and a late cancellation fee or no show fee will apply.

$15 late cancel fees and no shows are $20 and the loss of that credit. For Private Sessions we require 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule or you lose your session.

We have coded keypad lockers so you can keep your belongings, including your phone, safe while you’re in class.

Hair dryers, brushes, lotion, q-tips and spray deodorant are all available in our women’s locker room. Our large shower is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as shower towels.
