Aileen started her Pilates journey 10 years ago. After battling chronic pain, she found healing through Pilates. With its focus on lengthening and form, she considers Pilates to be the perfect low impact, full body workout that strengthens the body to support functional mobility. Plus it’s fun! Since then she has gained experience on all Pilates apparatus on both coasts, and is excited to share her love of Pilates with our FLEXX community! Her workouts are sure to make you feel the burn and support you to reach new heights of flexibility. Outside of the studio, you can find Aileen at her day job in digital marketing, partner dancing, or soaking in art at local galleries. She’s excited to have you in class soon!
