Carlie is a Pilates and barre instructor. Her passion for fitness came after breaking her back due to spondylolisthesis when she was only 16 years old. After going through surgery and rehab, she knew she wanted to help others build strength and prevent injuries.

In 2010 Carlie started her training through Balanced Body and began teaching mat Pilates. She now has several different certifications in various modalities and continues to attend continued education trainings. When she isn’t working her regular office job or teaching, you can find her walking Oona, her Australian Shepard, or drinking some wine in Napa, where she was born and raised.
