Doug is very excited to bring his 25+ years of experience in the coaching, training and fitness industry to FLEXX Studios! Doug started his career coaching high school football and women’s soccer for 4 years, and women’s club soccer for 16 years. The fitness industry has offered him the opportunity to work all over the country from L.A. to Texas then New York City and finally, to San Francisco, working at health clubs as a master trainer and group exercise instructor. Doug’s history in group exercise starts in the beginning with aerobics, step, body conditioning, Spinning, Bosu, TRX, CoreBoard, Barbell, HIIT and speed ladder/ cone classes. With personal training Doug has trained in different settings from 1-on-1 to small groups as well as large group classes.
Doug has enjoyed playing many sports over the years, including soccer, surfing, rugby, hi school and Jr college football, track (field events), power lifting and baseball.
