LILA

Lila is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Yin, and Children’s Yoga. A Bay Area native, she brings an energetic yet grounded approach to mindful movement and holistic wellness.

After living and traveling abroad, Lila returned home with a deeper appreciation for intentional living and balance. She enjoys exploring wellness beyond the mat through sound healing and essential oils, and is currently expanding her movement knowledge through Pilates training.

Lila holds teaching credentials in Multiple Subject and English and loves to teach. She is passionate about cultivating curiosity, connection, and a lifelong love of learning — both in the classroom and in the studio.

When she’s not teaching, she’s likely in a matching yoga set, exploring cozy cafés, thrift shopping, reading, or spending time with family and pets.
