Richard earned his BA in Exercise Science from the University of the Pacific and has dedicated over a decade to the fitness industry. He holds a NASM Personal Trainer certification and has specialized training in TRX, cycling, injury recovery, and sports performance. “Movement is medicine” is a guiding principle of his to stress the importance of quality of life at any age to cultivate a healthy lifestyle. He has a unique background with one on one individualized training, group fitness, leading a diabetes and dementia prevention program, and coaching youth basketball.
