FLEXX & Flow is your one-stop class for strength, endurance, and recovery. Begin with a dynamic yoga warm-up designed to energize your body and mind. Next be ready to turn up the intensity with a full-body strength training session using dumbbells, resistance bands and other props to increase your strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness. Finally, unwind with a deep, restorative stretch to leave you feeling refreshed and accomplished. Whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned pro, this class offers the perfect balance of strength, challenge, and relaxation.

  • Yoga mat and socks (preferably grippy socks) are required. Yoga mats are available on loan at the studio if needed. Yoga mats and grippy socks are also available for purchase. Water is always recommended. Please arrive at least 5 minutes in advanced to get set up.
